Bea Oyster is a New York–based art director, creative strategist, and photographer.


She was most recently the sole visuals editor at Teen Vogue, where she pitched, produced, commissioned, and art directed multiplatform stories spanning culture, identity, and style through a youth-driven lens. Before that, she worked on the photo and art teams at The Wall Street Journal, NBC News, and in the Smithsonian’s Photographic History Collection.

Her work has appeared in The New York Times, TIME, The Washington Post, and The Guardian, and most recently, she photographed Teen Vogue’s KATSEYE cover.


Bea earned her B.A. in Art History from Smith College. She is open to creative collaborations and projects.
